What do I get with my free account?
Lots. You can customize any of our 100+ backgrounds, upload and customize your own background, display your contact info and your logo. We'll even submit your background to Twitter for free via Auto-Submit. The only thing you can't do is display your property-listings.
How do I upgrade to a premium account so I can display my property-listings?
Premium membership is a one-time $4.99 charge.
Once a member, you can update your background as often as you like.
You must first be registered with an active account.
Log in and click on the Account tab.
Click on Upgrade Account.
You will be redirected to PayPal.com.
Once payment is complete, return to our home page.
You may have to log out and log in for the account upgrade to take effect.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept only PayPal at this time.
How do I scroll my Twitter background so the whole sidebar can be viewed?
The Twitter profile background image does not scroll. The amount of the background visible to a user is based on the user's desktop/browser resolution. Users with a large resolution will see more, while users with small displays (such as a laptop) see much less. To maximize the value of your background, keep the important info at the top where it will be visible by more users.
What if I get an error when I try to Auto-Submit my background?
A Communications Error or an erroneous validation error when auto-submitting a background is usually due to high traffic at Twitter.com. Try again later, or upload your background manually to Twitter. For instructions on manually uploading your background, see the Help section.
What if I get an error trying to upload an image?
If you get and Invalid Image error while uploading a logo image, listing photo image, or background image then first verify that you are uploading a file with the extensions .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, or .bmp and the file-size is less than 2MB. If the extension and file-size are correct, then the image has corruption and is being rejected. Try uploading a different copy of the image or re-saving the image from the image-editing software used to create it.
How do I delete my account?
Log in and click on the Account tab. Click on Delete Account. When the confirmation window pops up, click OK.
